As we all know, people researching and working in academia are disproportionately affected by anxiety and depression. But after the last 1.5 years living through a pandemic that is not over yet taking care of your mental health is a struggle for almost everyone.
Please take some time for self-care today and to check in with yourself:

and come up with the next possible, tiny steps towards your mental well-being!
