What are the symptoms of Anxiety?
There are many different types of anxiety disorders but even within each type, there are so many different symptoms that a person can have.
A major myth about anxiety (and mental health illness/conditions) is that symptoms are only phycological. This is absolutely not true!

Anxiety has both mental (phycological) and physical symptoms!
The main symptoms that tend to be common are:
Excessive Worry
Easily Fatigued
Muscle Tension
Sleep disturbance
Irritability
Difficulty Concentrating
Restlessness
