This week is Suicide Prevention Week in the U.S.


Grad School can be a difficult time and we know that severe depression is all too common.


If you are having suicidal thoughts, please reach out for help.


You can reach out to a lifeline/crisis hotline or find a dedicated crises centre. Your local ER is also an option.
