Emotions can be difficult.
We tend to use the word "Scared" for a number of different feelings. Do you know how to describe what you are feeling?
Take a few moments to look at the different feelings you could describe as, or mistake, for being scared:
Afraid, fearful, threatened, shaken, spooked, agitated, frightened, shocked, terrified, nervous, overwhelmed, alarmed, intimidated, unsure, anxious, horrified, alarmed, panic, or startled.
