Updated: Nov 9

Emotions can be difficult. We have 6 or 7 "base" emotions that could be described as individual icebergs, many different emotions can be hidden underneath each of them.

We tend to use the word "angry" for a number of different feelings. Do you know how to describe what you are feeling?

Take a few moments to look at the different feelings can you could describe or mistake for anger:

Betrayed, Annoyed, Resentful, Provoked, Jealous, Disrespected, Frustrated, Resistant, Enraged, Irritated, Hurt, Violated, Humiliated, Frustrated, Indignant, Furious, Hostile, Bitter, Mad or Outraged.
