This week's ST module is about Anxiety.

About 20-30% of the adults in the US have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are extremely common, not only within the general adult population but in graduate students as well. Anxiety disorders can manifest themselves in various symptoms depending on the individual.


There are different types of anxiety disorders such as general anxiety disorder and social anxiety. There may be different solutions that help remediate the effects of these disorders.


Oftentimes, an individual may seek help to counter the weight of their anxiety disorders. This week, join the Stronger Together community to learn about the different types of anxiety disorders, the symptoms involved, and helpful resources for battling these disorders.
