All work and no play leads to burnout!

Updated: Feb 26, 2021

Last week our Grad Chat special guest posted a poll asking if people were able to a strike a work-life balance or if they felt pressure to work all the time. Over 70% of people who answered said they felt pressure to work all the time.

We understand the pressures, we've all been there (or still are there) and are fighting against them too but it's important to remember that breaks are important.

All work and no play leads to Burnout!

Fun Fact - The original quote "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" was first found in 1659 and our graphic is not intended to refer to the movie adaptation of Stephen King's 'The Shining.'

Additional fun fact: this quote does not appear in King's book!
