We stand with Black Lives Matter.
PhD Balance is dedicated to improving the lives and experiences of graduate students through sharing experiences and resources. We aim to help shape Academia into the inclusive and equitable space it often pretends to be.
We are working to educate ourselves and learn from the diverse experiences of our community to better support our BIPOC and other under-served members.
However, we didn't want to delay any longer in expressing our full support of the Black community and condemning the violence and discrimination they continue to face.
