Being a grad student can involve so many different tasks, it's not just experiments and writing.

These tasks can be time-consuming and can make you feel like you haven't achieved anything and you don't "deserve" a break. But that's not true!
You don't need to earn a break from:

- Admin and Correcting 📝
- Mentoring 👯
