Your usual productivity has understandably declined over the past few months due to the difficulties associated with COVID-19, racial unrest and any other challenging events in your life.

Despite our - and our mentor’s - eagerness to collect data as quickly as possible, it’s important to remember that you do NOT have to overwork yourself or go 200% to make up for "lost time". Being overworked can have so many negative consequences, including instigating new or triggering underlying mental illnesses.
