Managing stress effectively involves a combination of physical activity, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices. Regular exercise, especially group fitness classes, can be a powerful way to relieve tension, boost endorphins, and stay motivated through social interaction. Coupled with proper sleep, nutrition, and relaxation techniques, these habits create a strong foundation for overall wellness.
