Pursuing a graduate degree is sometimes incredibly tough.
We’re sometimes juggling research, classes, teaching, and other responsibilities that we can often forget to take care of our basic needs.
Remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take time to check in with yourself and engage in mindful self-care when needed. Sometimes, that might even look like an extended mental health break or medical leave from your program.
