Emotions can be difficult.
When we think about emotions, we can often focus on the negative ones but the positive ones are important too! Do you know how to describe what you are feeling?
Take a few moments to look at the different feelings that come under "calm":
Peaceful, intimate, thoughtful, capable, independent, thankful, affectionate, serene, relaxed, sentimental, fulfilled, cherished, accepted, secure and loving.
