We believe graduate students should be able to openly discuss and get help for difficult situations, from navigating academia to dealing with mental health struggles.
We need space to create resources and connect with others; a space where people can choose to be anonymous and feel more safe.

We started with the goal of creating a collaborative community to discuss mental health in graduate school. From the beginning, we have focused on providing support, starting the conversation, and showing the faces of academics to increase visibility and awareness.
